Food in Bruges
- mark_t88: Does anyone know if you actually need to book ahead for most of the local bistro spots? I'm coming next Tuesday and really want to try some Flemish stew but I don't want to be stuck with just tourist traps.
Costs in Bruges
- sarahj_94: Everything is gorgeous but wow the prices for a simple waffle or a beer in the main square are insane. Definitely walk a few blocks away from the belfry before you buy anything.
Activities in Bruges
- lucas__: Boat tours are worth the 15 euros.
Hidden gems in Bruges
- emily_k: I spent a few hours just walking around the northern part of the city near the windmills. It's way quieter than the center and feels more like a real neighborhood.
