Lanzarote, Spain travel tips
Real traveler tips for Lanzarote in Spain: hostels, food, transport, hikes, activities, hidden gems, night life, social life and costs — shared by travelers who have actually been there.
Transport in Lanzarote
- charlieb: Is it actually possible to see the island properly without renting a car? I'm not a confident driver and the bus schedules look a bit sparse for the volcanic park.
Food in Lanzarote
- marco89: If you are in El Golfo, skip the first three restaurants you see and walk further down to the end of the road. Had the best grilled octopus of my life there yesterday and it was way cheaper than the touristy spots.
Hikes in Lanzarote
- sophiek: The walk up to the rim of Caldera Blanca is worth the sweat. The views into the crater are insane. Definitely bring way more water than you think you need though because there is zero shade.
Hidden gems in Lanzarote
- itsmatt: Found a tiny natural pool near Punta Mujeres that was completely empty at 9am. Such a better vibe than the crowded beaches in Playa Blanca.
