- jessicaw88: The water taxis over to Icmeler are way better than the dolmus if you want to avoid the heat. It is a nice breeze and not even that expensive.

- marcoh: Avoid the places right on the main harbor front if you want actual Turkish food. Just walk two blocks back into the side streets and the prices drop by half.
