Transport in Sa Pa
- lucas__: Did anyone else find the night bus from Hanoi absolutely impossible to sleep on? The roads are so winding I felt like I was in a washing machine.
Hikes in Sa Pa
- sophiek: Is it worth hiring a guide for the Muong Hoa valley or can you just walk it yourself? I've heard mixed things about getting lost in the rice fields.
Costs in Sa Pa
- marco89: Everything in town is way more expensive than I expected for Vietnam. Expect to pay double for a coffee compared to Hanoi.
Food in Sa Pa
- jenny_x: Check out the little stalls near the lake for grilled skewers at night. Way better than the touristy restaurants on the main strip.
Activities in Sa Pa
- itsmatt: The cable car to Fansipan is cool but only go if it is clear. I went yesterday and literally saw nothing but white clouds at the top.
